Hi Melissa - we did finaly capture that "elusive smile" though that's still the only picture of it. My family tells me that as he smiles more we'll get more pictures, but I've been impatient waiting for that to happen, and it's not so much fun walking around with a camera attached to your face waiting for a smile, though I'm determined to get more ;-)

You finally captured that "elusive smile" on film! What a good, sweet baby to go so easy on his parents, and the two of you obviously make him very happy.

Hey Sara,
I am always amused when reading your posts, especially the recent Xander ones, because his sleeping/eating habits that you describe are practically identical to my daughter's. She is similarly an 'easy' baby who also sleeps 3-4 hour stretches at a time, and we also went through the 'process of elimination game', and are at a point where our daughter cries when she needs something, only.
We do, however, had her sleep in the bassinet (in our bedroom) from day 1 and by now that's the only place she sleeps at. Make sure little Xander allows you & Zach some time for yourself!!!
Cheers.
